About The Event

Survivor Step Up Mt. Scott is a walking group who raises awareness on building resilience!   If you have survived a suicide attempt, lost a loved one to suicide, or are passionate about our cause, join us!   This entire walk is approximately 1 mile up a 1,000ft incline and back down on a paved road closed to drivers.  The views atop Mt. Scott are inspiring, and you are able to walk at your own pace and comfort level, and at a distance you are comfortable with.

*Meet up will be at the Mt. Scott picnic area directly across from the Mt. Scott road entrance.  Look for the 'Even One Less' Sign in picnic area.    Groups are limited to 12 at a time per Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge Regulations.   We will have groups starting at 9:00am, 9:30am, and 10am.   Bathrooms/changing rooms are at Elmer Thomas Lake, just around the corner from the Mt. Scott picnic area.

**Event specific T-Shirts will be provided with a $40 donation to Even One Less, Inc.  and be provided upon arrival at the event.  If you would like to make a donation and receive a T-shirt, please go to www.evenoneless.com/donate and enter 'Other' and $40 is the amount area.  In the comments section please comment 'Survivor Step Up' along with the date you will be attending, First and Last Name, Email and Mailing Address, and T-shirt Size.

This event has a group. You’re welcome to join the group once you register for the event.
